Method

In therapy, you’re at the heart of everything. All your thoughts, feelings, and experiences matter. There’s room to slow down, take a breath, and really reflect on what’s going on for you, all in a safe and respectful space. I work primarily with Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), guided by a client-centered approach. Through empathy and genuine care, I help you feel heard, understood, and comfortable being yourself.

Together, we’ll look at what might be holding you back and explore where your strengths and opportunities lie. This can include the themes mentioned above, but we can also focus on anything else that is important to you. Step by step, we’ll work toward greater self-understanding, resilience, and a sense of direction.

I work with adolescents and young adults, exclusively in a therapeutic role. I don’t offer diagnostic assessments.

In our first session, we’ll see together whether my way of working feels like a good fit for you. If you’re unsure whether this is the right place, don’t hesitate to reach out — I’m happy to speak with you and, if needed, help guide you toward the right support.
