Method
During therapy we explore the meaning behind the issues you are struggling with. We reflect upon your situation and attempt to approach it from different perspectives. We discuss if certain patterns/dynamics seem to recur and try to understand them considering your personal lifecycle. Furthermore, we examine how to improve your situation by looking into different ways of coping with certain feelings, problems and situations. Naturally, this is just a brief description, as the therapy will always be adapted to your specific needs. During the first session we will get to know each other better and find out whether a mutual, comfortable collaboration is possible.
