Method

As a psychotherapist with a psychodynamic approach, I welcome you in a nurturing environment, providing you with a safe space to share your life story while actively participating in your therapeutic journey. During our sessions, we proceed at your own pace, allowing you to understand and overcome the difficulties you currently face, while exploring new ways to cope with them.

In our work together, I value your lived experiences and emotions as paramount. We primarily work through verbal communication, as the spoken word plays a central role in our approach. Ensuring a secure therapeutic framework is essential, as it enables you to freely express yourself without judgment, considering all aspects of your being.

My goal is to support you in your personal growth, drawing upon my skills and experience. Together, we will delve into the unconscious dimensions of your experiences, seeking to understand the deep-rooted origins of your challenges and working towards their resolution.

Through this psychodynamic approach, we aim to enhance self-awareness, boost self-esteem, and foster personal development. I am here to accompany you throughout this process of self-discovery and transformation, with empathy, respect, and confidentiality.

Please feel free to reach out to me to schedule an appointment and embark on this therapeutic journey. It would be my honor to support you on your path to psychological well-being and personal growth.
