Method

In my practice, I work with an integrative systemic approach, influenced by the Palo Alto model, Gestalt-based play therapy, and an existential perspective. I offer deep and attentive listening, creating space for each person to reconnect with their own resources in a conscious and compassionate way.

As an immigrant myself, I am particularly sensitive to multicultural dynamics and the complexities they bring. I regularly work with individuals and families from diverse cultural backgrounds, supporting them in navigating identity, belonging, and relational challenges across cultures.

My work is centered on relationships, emotional connection, and the unique story each individual and family carries. I also integrate EMDR when appropriate, supporting the processing of trauma and difficult experiences with care and sensitivity.

I work with individuals, couples, and families, creating a space of trust and presence — a safe place to pause, reflect, and give meaning to what is being lived, opening the path for more aligned and meaningful choices.

Shall we walk this journey together?
